Shipping(Domestic)
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
Shipping(International)
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7 for all international orders. No matter where you are in the world, your order will be shipped safely and securely to your door.

Shipping Charges(Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping charge of ₹100 applies.
Delivery Method(Domestic)
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through DTDC/Blue Dart are delivered within 6-7 business days. Delivery to metro locations may be faster.
Delivery Method(International)
All international orders are shipped via Shiprocket, ensuring safe and reliable delivery to your location. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on your region. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow its journey.

Important Shipping Information
- Order Cut-Off Times: Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 business days), with the exception of Indian public holidays, where it may take up to 72 hours.
- Estimated Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- Shipping Prices: Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. For all orders shipped within India, a mandatory sales tax (GST) of 3% is added upon checkout.
- Natural Calamities and Unavoidable Circumstances: We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
- Order Redirection: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Signature and Proof of ID: All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt.
Multiple Destinations
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
Delivery Timeframe(Domestic)
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, it may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce or procure it.

Partial Shipments
While we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment for the unshipped part of the order will be refunded in the manner you made the payment.
Packaging
We take utmost care in packaging our products. Each order is carefully packaged in a gift box and wrapped in protective bubble wrap to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
Damaged Packaging
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery of the package and call our help desk at (+91) 6378307436 or email us at ag925jewellery889@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Insurance
AG925 Jewellery insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), then you accept a signature by them, as well as their photo ID, as evidence of delivery.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
